Pilar Pajares

Bachelor in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, Master in Business Administration from Universidad de Piura, Doctorate Studies in Government and Public Policy at Universidad San Martín de Porres. Specialization in Human Resources at Escuela Superior de Administración de Negocios  ESAN.

Pilar has more than 25 years of experience in executive positions in public and private institutions such as Organismo Supervisor de la Inversión Privada en Energía y Minería - Osinergmin where she served as Administration and Finance Manager, also being in charge of the management of the Human Resources processes.

She was Executive Director and General Secretary in Comisión de Promoción del Perú para la Exportación y el Turismo - Promperú, leading the promotion of the country's image, tourism and exports. She led the team that created and developed the Peru Brand. She was in charge of the merger of Comisión de la Promoción de Exportaciones - Prompex and Comisión de la Promoción del Turismo - Promperú

She served as Secretary of Multisectoral Coordination in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, contributing to the development of the competitiveness plan of the National Competitiveness Council. Previously, she worked as Human Resources Manager in the Congress of the Republic as well as other executive positions in AFP Unión, Punto Visual and Instituto Peruano de Seguridad Social.
