Psychologist from the Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón (Unife). Postgraduate in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy from Instituto Peruano de Terapia Conductual Cognitiva (IPETEC)

She has over 16 years of experience in the Executive Search industry. Founder and Managing Partner of Human Partners, a local Executive Search firm with a transversal approach to all industries.

Previously, she was Managing Partner and was in charge of starting operations in Peru for the subsidiary of a chilean Executive Search firm and was Founding Partner of Forehunters Peru Consultores; a local Executive Search firm.

Previously and for 11 years she worked as a Senior Associate at Resource, an Executive Search firm related to Boyden Peru.

Claudia has led and executed more than 400 search processes in a wide range of industries (retail, mass consumption, fishing, agribusiness, real estate, financial, among others).
