Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Andreas has developed a solid career as a multifaceted executive in different countries and various industries such as banking, telecommunications, logistics, retail and technology.

He has more than 25 years of professional experience in executive positions at institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Banco de Chile, Entel, Asociación Logística de Chile, Santiago Chamber of Commerce and National Certification Company.

For almost 5 years he worked as a Consultant Partner in an international headhunting firm, leading and executing executive search processes in the financial, retail, telecommunications, technology, and transport & logistics sectors.

Andreas has carried out more than 80 searches in the functions of General Management, Commercial and Sales Management, Operations and Technology Management, Administration and Finance Management, Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility Management, Marketing Management, Logistics Management, Management Control Management and Strategic Planning Management.
