Psychologist from the Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón (Unife). Postgraduate in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy from Instituto Peruano de Terapia Conductual Cognitiva (IPETEC).

Intern in Counterdrugs for Training in Therapeutic Communities from Daytop International, New York - USA. Training in Couples Therapy from Counseling Institute of Atlanta. Postgraduate in Human Resources & Motivation from Centrum Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Master in Drug Addiction from the Cayetano Heredia University.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the institutional clinical area and private practice as a Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist. She founded and directed Motiva Consulting, a local Organizational Development firm for 15 years, managing to position it within the market; competing with transnationals in the field.

She has led processes of search and evaluation of personnel and the work environment for industrial, mass consumption, telecommunications, mining and service companies, among others. Aiñari is a pioneer in the elaboration of personalized programs of Culture and Organizational Development at national and international level. Her dual expertise has allowed her to work as an external Coach at group and individual level for relevant global companies in various industries. She has collaborated for more than 10 years as a volunteer for the Alba Association and El Arte del Sol with a social program to support the teaching community of the department of Piura.
